The service
CSP Screener, a Littora service, emails a short board of cash-secured put candidates on US trading days and keeps those boards in your account. The board is general research. It does not know your finances or goals. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or option. Nothing is traded for you. You decide, and you place any trade yourself with your own broker.
The public pages do not explain how the board is built, and they publish no track record, no performance claim, and no promised return.
Passes
A day pass covers 1 board day at €50.00, a week pass covers 5 at €250.00, and a month pass covers 21 at €800.00. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, and that price and length are stored on the pass. One-off. No renewal.
If the capture is confirmed before 16:15 Europe/Rome on a NYSE trading day, the pass may start that day. At 16:15 or later, or on a weekend or a full-day holiday, it starts the next trading day. Early-close sessions are ordinary trading days. Passes stack in purchase order: the next pass starts on the later of its own earliest start and the trading day after the previous active pass ends.
A pass covers N board days. A board day is a NYSE trading day inside your pass on which the board was published. Boards remaining = N − boards published (or delivered) for you so far. Days with no board don't count.
A full refund or a reversal removes that pass from the schedule. A partial refund leaves the pass active until the operator revokes it, unless partial refunds are set to end the pass. Later passes move earlier when a pass leaves the schedule, but never before their own earliest start.
Payments
Payments are taken by PayPal in euros. We activate a pass only when PayPal reports a completed capture for the amount and currency we stored, with the reference we created. The figure shown in the browser is not what we trust. Card numbers never reach this service.
A refund or a reversal is applied when PayPal reports it. Ask for a refund by writing to [email protected]. Where Italian consumer law gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right still applies.

Liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid for the pass, except where Italian law does not allow a limit. That exception covers fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, and death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Italy. The courts of Pavia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a mandatory consumer venue.
